Do: Jump Straddle Embrace
I confess, I watched every episode (but one) of The Bachelor Season 20. My main takeaway from the show is the Jump Straddle Embrace, pictured below. Many of the female contestants employ this move, and I've brought it into my home. Why? Because a strong marriage doesn't happen on its own, it takes work; and, if married, a strong marriage simplifies and enriches your life.
Cue: the Jump Straddle Embrace, a fresh way to say, "I Love You."
I've had fun learning how to do it, with plenty of bloopers—like when I rammed my husband's nose with my forehead and knocked him to the ground. The Jump Straddle Embrace has added extra playfulness to our marriage this past week and puts a smile on my man's face. So, go in for a pounce, and expect some funny mistakes.
Another move to try is the 7-second kiss (it's longer than you think). I know a couple that has a 7-second kiss once a day. Now that's a wise investment of time!
